No. 2 Oregon was who we thought they were, as they beat up on the No. 23 Washington Huskies. 52-21. In all six games this season, Oregon has not registered less than 42 points, and have outscored their opponents 262 to 99. Oregon looks like the team to beat, but don't tell Nick Saban that.

Will Oregon ever lose another game? Washington put up a fight on Saturday, but were overpowered by the Ducks, 52-21.

After its first touchdown in the first quarter, Oregon never looked back. The Ducks would go on score 21 unanswered points until Washington’s Bishop Sankey ran the ball 1 yard into the end zone in the second quarter. Following the Huskies touchdown, Oregon went on another scoring streak, this time for 17 points. Sankey would break the scoring streak again with his second rushing touchdown on the evening. The Ducks scored another 14 points before Washington’s Erich Wilson’s touchdown with 36 second left in the game.
Oregon's quarterback Marcus Mariota was 15-for-24 with 198 yards and 4 touchdowns. Mariota was fourth on the team in rushing with 7 carries for 40 yards and no touchdowns. The quarterback would be sacked once and intercepted once in the first quarter only to remain upright and throwing to the right team the rest of the game.
Washington quarterback Keith Price threw 19-of-31 times for 145 yards with no touchdowns. Price was picked off twice, including one pick-six by Avery Patterson. The Huskies didn't help themselves with 8 penalties for a total of 102 yards.
Even when the game was clearly out of reach, Oregon’s starters remained in the game. The Ducks are now 6-0 heading into their bye week.
Box Score Hero: Oregon tight-end Colt Lyeria had three catches for 71 yards and two touchdowns. He was the leading receiver for the Ducks tonight.
Rankings Ramifications: With Alabama idle this week and Washington not being much of a challenge, Oregon will continue to sit comfortably at No. 2. Washington will drop out of the top 25.
But Did They Cover? Nope. Oregon was favored by 24 going into the game.
