Gonzaga opened an early lead, but the Sooners stayed within striking distance for most of the first half. The Bulldogs led by 10 at halftime, and went on an early run in the second half to put the game out reach. Kevin Pangos, Gary Bell and Kelly Olynyk each finished with 8 points for Gonzaga.
The Sooners were led by senior forward Romero Osby, who finished with 13 points and five rebounds. Freshman guard Isaiah Cousins finished with 10 points for Oklahoma.
The win advances Gonzaga to the finals, where the Bulldogs will face the Davidson Wildcats. The Wildcats defeated the West Virginia Mountaineers, 63-60, on Friday. Oklahoma faces West Virginia to close out the tournament.
