Week 10 NFL picks: Cowboys vs. Eagles

In this weekend’s game between the Cowboys and Eagles, a loss for either team could put them out of the playoff picture altogether in the NFC East and NFC Wild Card.

Tom Pennington

It's hard to remember a time where a game between two 3-5 teams was more highly anticipated, but any time the Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles are on the same field, people will be anxious to see it. This game isn't meaningless for either team though, as a win would go a long way to helping them stay in the playoff hunt while a loss could end postseason hopes altogether.

Both coaches are under an inordinate amount of pressure to win this game, so who do the experts see emerging triumphant from Lincoln Financial Field? The guys over at ESPN have come to quite the consensus that the Cowboys will be victorious. Their compatriots at CBS share their sentiments, as do the pickers over at Yahoo!.

Maybe we could count on a TV station in the City of Brotherly Love going with the lowly Eagles? Nope, not even the local NBC affiliate is picking the Eagles as they go with the Cowboys as well.
