With the Baseball Writers’ Association of America currently conducting its annual Hall of Fame balloting, the National Baseaball Hall of Fame & Museum’s Website has been reviewing this year’s candidates. Today, it was time for Baseball’s Greatest Designated Hitter, with a tweet that said this:

A few minutes later, that tweet was scrubbed, and replaced by the same tweet, less one interesting word.
