The No. 6 Indiana Hoosiers won their second game in a row, blowing out Florida Atlantic for a 88-52 victory at Assembly Hall in Bloomington, Ind., Friday night.

Indiana won its second game in a row, blowing out an overmatched Florida Atlantic squad.


Indiana (11-1) put the game away early, taking a 31-13 lead with 8:28 left in the first half. The Hoosiers built the lead to 55-25 at halftime and never look back. Cody Zeller led four Hoosiers in double-figure scoring with 24 points. He added six rebounds, one steal and one assist. Christian Watford had 17 points, Victor Oladipo finished with 16 points and eight rebounds, and Jordan Hulls tallied 10 points.
The win was Indiana's second in a row since losing to Butler, 88-86, on Dec. 15. The Hoosiers defeated Mount St. Mary's, 93-54, on Wednesday.
The Owls (5-7) dropped their third game in a row after winning their three previous games. Greg Gantt provided 48 percent of Florida Atlantic's offensive production, scoring 25 points. Richard Morrow chipped in with eight points, and no other player for the Owls scored more than five.
Next up for the Hoosiers is a home game against Jacksonville on Dec. 28. The Owls travel to face Troy on Dec. 27.
