Don’t let this guy’s happy countenance fool you. Beneath that joyful exterior, he’s royally pissed off. He, like anyone not named Bud, wants to know why -- if the leagues had to be evened out -- the Milwaukee Brewers weren’t shipped back to the American League from whence they came and the Houston Astros left in the National where they had established 50 years of tradition.
