Before Manny Pacquiao and Juan Manuel Marquez do battle in Saturday’s biggest sporting event, up-and-coming boxer Yuriorkis Gamboa has a chance to catapult himself to superstardom in an undercard fight against Michael Farenas. Gamboa is promoted by sometimes rapper 50 Cent, who felt the need to up his client’s profile by introducing him personally.

Curtis Jackson promotes one of boxing’s best up-and-coming fighters, but couldn’t let Saturday’s undercard matchup actually be about Yuriorkis Gamboa.

Instead of simply announcing his fighter’s arrival, he decided to rap while getting dropped down from the ceiling.

If you’re wondering what 50 performed to introduce his fighter, it was the song “My Life,” which does not feature cleaner lyrics than the average 50 Cent song. Thankfully, Em didn’t come out to perform his verse where he talks about sharpening his machete.
Former presidential candidate Mitt Romney and his wife Ann are in attendance and have been shown looking uncomfortable throughout the broadcast. This intro probably didn’t help things. Here’s how 50’s first verse in “My Life” starts:
Yeah, ‘03, I went from plain filthy to filthy rich
Man, the emotions change so I can never trust a b----
I tried to help n----- get on, they turned around and spit
Right in my face, so Game and Buck, both can s--- a d---
Unfortunately, the Internet is yet to produce a picture of Mitt and Ann Romney’s reaction to 50 Cent’s performance. In 2012. Up your game, Vegas.
