Over the next couple months we’ll be deluged with this kind of information, but the first is always the most interesting. So, onto the news:
Carolina Panthers hosting Michael Brockers on March 8

The Charlotte Observer reports that LSU defensive tackle Michael Brockers will hold a private visit with the Carolina Panthers on March 8.The news, which comes from Brockers' agent, doesn't indicate if it will be a work out or simply an interview.
Since declaring for the draft following his redshirt sophomore season, Brockers has been linked often to the Panthers. Carolina will know whether it has the No. 8 or 9 pick next week following a coin flip at the NFL Scouting Combine.
Although they drafted two defensive tackles last year, the Panthers need talent on their defense after finishing 25th in the league in both run defense and sacks. Brockers, an athletic 6-foot-5, 308 pounds, would help in both areas. In 2011, he had 47 tackles, 9.5 tackles for loss and two sacks.
