Buffalo Bills Draft - LB Tank Carder to visit Bills
We have learned that TCU LB Tank Carder will be in Buffalo for an official visit on April 1st and 2nd. The Bills get 30 prospect visits each year and Carder is the first for Buffalo that we are aware of. Carder was an All-American in both 2010 and 2011.
Turf Show Times - Get to know Wisconsin guard Kevin Zeitler
On Monday, New Orleans Saints guard Carl Nicks told the world that he expects to be the highest paid guard in the NFL. In all likelihood, he will be. However, teams needing help at the guard position, like the St. Louis Rams, can find cheaper help elsewhere. Stanford's David DeCastro has teams and draftniks excited. Prospects like Georgia's Cordy Glenn and Wisconsin's Kevin Zeitler are other headliners in a draft class deep with interior linemen.
NFL.com - Crick shows strength at Nebraska pro day
Nebraska held its pro day last Thursday, and 13 players worked out indoors on field turf with 15 teams in attendance. Nebraska historically has been a very, very good ground for players to come into NFL because the staff does a good job of coaching them, and the players usually have a really good work ethic.
Tulsa World - Kinne performs for scouts
Former University of Tulsa quarterback G.J. Kinne took advantage of his one chance to impress NFL scouts. After not being invited to last month’s combine, Kinne worked out in front of representatives from 17 teams Monday at TU’s Pro Day.
