The NFL has announced it’s compensatory picks for the upcoming NFL Draft. The exact formula which decides which team gets which pick is unknown, but we do have a rough idea. Free agents signed and lost by last July/August are used in the formula, but those released from a team rather than having an expired contract do not count towards the formula. Neither are those who have been signed or lost since free agency began two week ago.
