This year I wrote the player rankings and evaluations for the USA Today 2012 NFL Draft magazine. It’s on newsstands now and available online here. Leading up to the draft, I’ll be reprinting some of my quick reports here.
2012 NFL Draft quick report: Dominique Davis, East Carolina

Dominique Davis, East Carolina
Height: 6’3, Weight: 210 pounds
Strengths: Displays quick feet in his drop back. Good accuracy when he gets into a rhythm (broke Aaron Rodgers’ record for consecutive completions with 36 over two games). Solid athleticism and toughness to make a play with his feet. Boston College transfer (community college in 2009).
Weaknesses: Forces too many throws into bad spots on the field and gets intercepted a lot. Average arm strength. Really needs to wind up to get something on his passes.
