Ohio wasted little time replacing John Groce, who moved on to Illinois after leading the Bobcats to the Sweet 16, as they reportedly will hire TCU head coach Jim Christian:
Ohio Set To Hire TCU Head Coach Jim Christian, According To Report
Christian is returning to the MAC, where he won two conference Coach of the Year Awards at Kent State earlier in the decade.

Christian has been the head coach at TCU for the last four seasons, but 2011-2012 was his first year with a winning record or a post-season appearance in Fort Worth.
The Horned Frogs went 18-15, including wins over ranked foes San Diego State and UNLV, before making it to the quarterfinals of the CBI.
TCU is set to join the Big 12 next season, which makes Christian the rare coach to move from a Power Six conference to a mid-major. However, he is extremely comfortable in the MAC, as he coached at Kent State from 2002-2008, winning two MAC championships as well as conference Coach of the Year honors.
He’ll have the opportunity to make a splash right away, as he takes over an Ohio team that had only one senior this season.
