This year I wrote the player rankings and evaluations for the USA Today 2012 NFL Draft magazine. It’s on newsstands now and available online here. Leading up to the draft, I’ll be reprinting some of my quick reports here.
Jeff Fuller 2012 NFL Draft quick report

Jeff Fuller, Texas A&M
Height: 6'3, Weight: 215
Strengths: Because of his size, Fuller is a good asset in the red zone. He can camp in the corner of the end zone and wait for the ball. Has solid leaping ability, which allows the quarterback to place the ball only where he can get it. Good foot quickness to snap off his routes.
Weaknesses: Had an exceedingly poor senior season as he struggled through injury and inconsistency. May be more of a No. 2 receiver than a No. 1 because he doesn’t have top athleticism or playmaking ability after the catch.
Combine quotable: (On his senior season) You can’t think ‘shoulda, woulda, coulda.’ I definitely don’t think like that anymore. Part of that is maybe the reason I’m in the situation I’m in right now. Right now, I’m just looking forward to being on a team and getting an opportunity to get out there and compete.
