This year I wrote the player rankings and evaluations for the USA Today 2012 NFL Draft magazine. It’s on newsstands now and available online here. Leading up to the draft, I’ll be reprinting some of my quick reports here.
Zebrie Sanders 2012 NFL Draft quick report

Zebrie Sanders, Florida State
Height: 6'5, Weight: 307 pounds
Strengths: Sanders is a lanky, athletic tackle who saw most of his playing time come on the right side. He uses his long arms to keep defenders from coming around the edge. Does a good job when he can get out and block on the move. Played left and right tackle.
Weaknesses: Won’t make it in the NFL if he can’t add strength to his frame, especially in his legs. Struggled at the Senior Bowl to hold up strong linemen and gets moved around. Overextends to make up for his lack of strength. Needs to improve footwork.
Combine quotable: Probably need to work on my hand placement, being more technically sound, and just keeping my feet low and keep moving, finishing a little bit.
