Billy Winn, Boise State
Height: 6'3 3/8, Weight: 296 pounds

Strengths: Consistently gets a good push because of his high-effort playing style. Consistently plays through the whistle. Was the best player on a loaded defensive line. Does a nice job of keeping an eye on the ball as the play develops.

Weaknesses: Isn’t the most athletic defensive lineman to move around laterally on stunts. Needs to develop more pass rush moves and doesn’t have as good of a swim as you’d look for in penetrating tackle.

Combine quotable: All I can say is I want to be part of a team. I want the opportunity to be able to play. Any team would be A-plus in my book, because I’ve never been an NFL team, and that’s been a dream of mine for long time. Whether the team is winning or losing, it doesn’t matter, as long as I get a chance to prove it to them that I am a great player.

He’s a bit of a liability in the run game, but his potential in the pass game was enough for Buffalo Rumblings.
