Finally, the 2012 NFL Draft is nearly here. That means player rankings. Unlike specific NFL teams, the overall rankings for draft websites have nearly every player they’ve concentrated on.

With that in mind, for the second consecutive year, my top overall player in the drat has gone wire to wire. From preseason up to the draft, last year it was wide receiver A.J. Green. Obviously this year, it is quarterback Andrew Luck. But after Luck, the rankings have morphed and shifted.
Find the rankings after the jump. Rankings are not an indicator of where i think a player will be drafted. If they were, I’d just do a huge mock draft. I love comments. But if your comment is simply going to be “Player X should be higher and Player Y should be lower,” don’t bother. If you have an intelligent, specific reason I’ll love you forever.
