Strap in, folks. Less than 24 hours between now and the official start of the 2012 NFL Draft.

By 8:30 p.m. Andrew Luck will be an Indianapolis Colt and Robert Griffin III a Washington Redskin. After that it's anybody's guess.

This is my final mock draft of the season. I’m going to limit this to just the picks and no trades in this version. Keep in mind that my focus is on matching players with teams. While I’m not projecting trades, I have slotted guys to certain teams that could potentially move up for them.

Notable omissions from my first round include wide receivers Stephen Hill and Rueben Randle as well as defensive tackle Devon Still. This draft is so deep at both of those positions, which could cause some of the top tier guys to slide a bit this weekend.

I would also like to thank you guys for reading and commenting on my work this season. It’s been a wild draft to evaluate, so it’s been fun discussing it with you all. And yes, I too cannot wait to see how stupid this mock looks by the end of tomorrow night. For something a bit closer to what the real thing will look like, head over to Dan Kadar’s mock. He’s good.

Let’s get to it.
