Washington Redskins select Robert Griffin III No. 2 in 2012 NFL Draft

The Washington Redskins have selected Baylor quarterback Robert Griffin III with the No. 2 overall pick in the 2012 NFL Draft after trading with the St. Louis Rams back in March.

With Andrew Luck off the board to the Indianapolis Colts and the Redskins' need for a franchise quarterback, Griffin III has been locked into this spot for a while. Washington's focus now becomes finding weapons for their new signal caller.
