2012 NFL Draft: Updated Best Available Players after Round 1

The first round of the 2012 NFL Draft is in the books, and what a wild one it was. The night featured 11 picks being involved in trades, four quarterbacks flying off the board and another four wide receivers being selected. And Bruce Irvin was the first pass rusher taken. Who knew?

I know your head is probably spinning from that mayhem. A day to let it all sink in will do us all some good. While you’re waiting for the second evening of selections to get started, take a look at the best available players according to Dan Kadar. Plenty of impact players will be selected tomorrow night, that much is for sure.

Courtney Upshaw, Devon Still and Cordy Glenn are among the biggest names left on the board. Positional value also reared it's ugly head, causing Peter Konz to slip out of round one.

There should be a decent run on wide receivers at the top of the second round, and Stanford tight end Coby Fleener will be a sought after commodity early on the draft's second night.
