New York Giants select David Wilson No. 32 in 2012 NFL Draft

But instead, the Giants added a playmaker in Virginia Tech running back David Wilson. He’s a speedy back, but much stronger than he’s often given credit. He’s not a direct style replacement for Brandon Jacobs, but will be a factor for the G-Men.
Quick scouting notes: If there is an open running lane, few players can hit the hole and come out of it as well as Wilson. He’s a speed-first runner who developed more power to his game as a junior.
