2012 NFL Draft: Eight Day 3 team stories to follow

Cleveland Browns and wide receivers
The Cleveland Browns came into the 2012 NFL Draft in need of a wide receiver, and a good one. But after the first two days of picks, the team hasn't drafted one. There are several solid wide receivers left in the draft, but none of them profile as a true No. 1 receiver.
Scheduled picks: 100, 120, 160, 204, 205, 245, 247
Indianapolis Colts and defense
Thus far, Indianapolis has solely focused on offense drafting quarterback Andrew Luck, tight ends Coby Fleener and Dwayne Allen and wide receiver T.Y. Hilton. But moving to a 3-4 defense, the Colts need to start focusing on the defensive front seven.
Scheduled picks: 136, 170, 206, 208, 214, 253
Arizona Cardinals and the offensive line
The Cardinals have added two good players in wide receiver Michael Floyd and cornerback Jamell Fleming. But neither position is their biggest need. If the Cardinals don't come out of today with an offensive lineman and pass rusher, it could be trouble for Arizona.
Scheduled picks: 112, 151, 177, 185, 221
Denver Broncos and weapons on offense
The Broncos may have added Peyton Manning this offseason, but thus far they haven't provided him with much via the draft. It will be a surprise if the Broncos don't add a tight end or wide receiver in the fourth round.
Scheduled picks: 101, 108, 137, 188
Jacksonville Jaguars and pure confusion
The Jaguars started their draft wonderfully adding wide receiver Justin Blackmon and defensive end Andre Branch. But then General Manager Gene Smith dropped a nuclear bomb on draft watchers in the third round taking punter Bryan Anger. While Anger is good, and easily the best punter in the draft, he's still a punter. Smith loves small-school talent and hasn't drafted a non-FBS player yet. Expect him to today.
Scheduled picks: 142, 176, 228
San Diego and a running back
The Chargers may have Ryan Mathews, but don't have much else. There are some good running backs dropping for various reasons, so the Chargers should strike and get a good one.
Scheduled picks: 110, 149, 226, 250
Seattle Seahawks going off the board
The Sehawks' first three picks – defensive end Bruce Irvin, linebacker Bobby Wagner and quarterback Russell Wilson – have all largely been head scratchers. Will the Seahawks continue going against what people expect on the third day of the draft? Look for the Seahawks to add depth today, namely on the offensive line and in the secondary.
Scheduled picks: 106, 114, 154, 172, 181, 225, 232
Detroit Lions and moe secondary help
Although the Lions drafted cornerback Dwight Bentley in the third round, it may be smart for them to double up at cornerback. The Rams did it and are getting lauded. The Lions need a good third cornerback who can get a majority of the snaps in nickel scheme situations.
Scheduled picks: 117, 158, 219, 230
