Arguably no team is having a better 2012 NFL Draft than the Cincinnati Bengals. The team only furthered that notion by getting a steal in Georgia tight end Orson Charles in the fourth round.
Charles joins cornerback Dre Kirkpatrick, wide receiver Mohamed Sanu, defensive tackles Devon Still and Brandon Thompson and guard Kevin Zeitler. All five players the Bengals have added should be factors early in their career.
Cincinnati Bengals continue impressive draft with TE Orson Charles

Charles was my No. 3 rated tight end coming into the draft. He's somewhat undersized, but often garners comparisons to the Patriots' Aaron Hernandez.
The Bengals are scheduled to pick today at Nos. 156, 166, 167 and 191.
Orson Charles quick scouting notes: While Charles splits out to the slot, he plays with his hand down more than most college tight ends. Is a good receiver who has the speed to separate after the catch. Can pick apart zone coverage. Team captain.
