NBA Playoffs 2012, Nuggets Vs. Lakers Game 6: Game Time, TV Schedule And More

The Nuggets survived elimination in Game 5 and will look to do it again as the series moves back to Denver for Game 6.

The Lakers had two shots to tie at the end of regulation of Game 5 of their series with the Nuggets, but missed both and will now head to Denver for Game 6. The Lakers still hold a 3-2 lead in the series, making Game 6 another must-win for the Nuggets.

Both Kobe Bryant and Ramon Sessions missed 3-point attempts at the end of Game 5, either of which would have forced overtime. Bryant scored 43 points in Game 5 and leads Los Angeles in scoring, averaging 31.2 points per game in the series. Andrew Bynum is second in scoring with 18.0 points per game and leads the Lakers with 10.4 rebounds per game.

JaVale McGee led the Nuggets in Game 5 with 21 points and 14 rebounds. It was McGee's second double-double of the series. Denver has used a balanced scoring attack through the first five games with six Nuggets averaging double figure points per game. Kenneth Faried leads Denver with 9.8 rebounds per game, with McGee just behind him at 9.6 rebounds per game.

Thursday’s Game 6 is slated to tip off at 10:30 p.m. ET and will be broadcast on TNT.
