↵↵Willie Mays used to do this all the time, and Greg Maddux set up hitters in a similar way. But “set up” doesn’t really do these stories justice, does it? We need a name for this kind of thing ... I dunno, something along the line of say... “The Ol’ Dipsy Doodle,” only more proactive.
