Adam Lind Placed On Outright Waivers, According To Report
After being demoted to Triple-A on May 17, Adam Lind has been placed on outright waivers by the Toronto Blue Jays, according to CBS Sports. The Blue Jays didn’t announce the move, but according to CBS Sports reporter Danny Knobler, two MLB sources spotted Lind on the waiver wire on Sunday. Just three seasons ago, Lind hit .305 with 35 home runs and 114 RBI as a 25-year-old, but, before his demotion, he was hitting just .186 during 2012.
