The ballplayer most known for donning the Nehru jacket in its brief window of popularity was Ken Harrelson. Hawk wasn't the only big leaguer who rocked one, though. Here's a wire photo of Bob Gibson out on the town in one.

At the time this photo was taken (August 5, 1968), Gibson’s ERA stood at 1.08. By the end of the season, it would balloon all the way up to 1.12. That’s a ’68 Dodge Coronet parked behind Gibby.
