Strengths:

- Ability to sell play fakes
Weaknesses:
- Only average arm strength
- Does not always put enough zip on intermediate throws
- Only an average athlete
- Does not put enough air under deep throws
Final Word: Matt Barkley is a fantastic QB prospect but he is not in the same league as Griffin, Luck, or Newton. He has only average arm strength and needs to improve on deep passes. Despite those concerns, he is a safe pick because of his work ethic and technique. I would say his best fit is in a West Coast offense.
