NBA Finals 2012, Heat Vs. Thunder Game 5: Game Time, TV Schedule And More

The NBA season could come to an end on Thursday night, and a king may finally take his throne. But could the Thunder move the series back to Oklahoma City?

Game 5 of the NBA finals matchup between the Miami Heat and Oklahoma City Thunder tips off Thursday night, and questions abound.

Will this be the coronation for a man already nicknamed "King James?" Could it serve as a series-shifting win for the Thunder and send them back to Oklahoma City with a chance to get even in Game 6? Will James Harden play clean-shaven, without his trademark beard?

All these questions are important. Their answers can only be found by tuning Thursday night.

The Heat will be looking to win the second NBA championship in franchise history, and first in the LeBron James/Dwayne Wade/Chris Bosh era. The Thunder will look to rebound after three straight losses and get the first of the three straight wins they need in order to become the first team in NBA history to win the finals after trailing 3-1 in the series.

Many contend that the Thunder have looked overmatched against a Heat team that seems to have corrected the mistakes they made in last year's NBA finals loss to the Dallas Mavericks. But the Thunder's length and the pure scoring abilities of their three big guns -- Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook and Harden -- still give them a fighting chance to take the Finals back to Oklahoma City.

Game Time: 9 p.m. EDT, Thursday, June 21

Location: AmericanAirlines Arena, Miami, Fla.

Series: Miami leads, 3-1

TV: ABC

Online: ESPN 3
