Personally speaking, my ability to enjoy this GIF hinges upon how much damage was done to this young man’s person, and I’m happy to report that, miraculously, he sustained nothing more severe than a concussion and ought to be fine. So there we have it. Whee!
The two GIFs that gave it a run for its money were a) the GIF of the baseball smashing the camera, which I frankly did not think was especially great, and b) the GIF of a lightning bolt sending players scattering during a baseball game, which certainly was great. This GIF held off strong competition and is certainly deserving of victory.
