Part 2: What division has drafted the best since 2009, 2nd-4th round

I put an article the other day about what division has done the best at drafting, and many of the fans voted for the NFC East, but although that was only 1st rounders, let’s see if they can still take home the lead when we add in the 2nd-4th round picks. I personally see one division that stands out more after the 2nd-4th rounds, but let’s see if you all tend to agree or disagree with me. After this list is compiled and you vote on the second portion, I will be doing the final portion being the 5-7 rounds, so I can’t wait to see what divisions you guys think drafted the best in the past few seasons since, 2009. This is just a breakdown, and everyone can have difference of opinions, but let’s see who you all think did the best. Also put what team you feel did the best in the comments section. I want to see what team you think has done the best job, over the last few years, and see if these teams will get better or worse when we add their 5th-7th round picks.
