Nick Foles wasn't a very sexy pick in the 2012 NFL Draft. He had an inconsistent senior season, didn't show much at the Senior Bowl and entered the draft with his stock floundering.
Could Nick Foles pass Mike Kafka on the Eagles depth chart?

So when the Eagles grabbed Foles in the third round, it seemed likely that the Arizona product would spend some time buried on the depth chart while working on his footwork and accuracy issues.
But Foles may be climbing the ranks quicker than expected, according to Philly.com. Those close to the situation seem to think Foles has a legitimate shot to unseat Mike Kafka, who has been a serviceable backup quarterback in his NFL career.
While Foles is not without flaws, the 6-foot-5 quarterback has some upside as well. He has a rocket arm and stands tough in the pocket. If Andy Reid can clean up his footwork and reign in his aggression a bit, he could have a quality option behind the oft-injured Michael Vick.
Do you think Foles will pass Kafka on the depth chart before the season opener?
