Final Rounds: Which division drafted the best from 2009-2012?

I have now broke down three different sections of the NFL Draft from 2009-2012. The first section I broke down was the 1st Rounders and the leader of the votes was the NFC West. After I put up the 2nd-4th rounders, I thought that statistic would change, but actually the NFC West is in the lead again. So now, I will put up the entire draft, and let’s be real here, I want to know if you still think that the NFC West is the best division when it comes to drafts?
