It's just the preseason, but Robert Griffin has already flashed a bit of what Redskins fans are hoping for. In the preseason opener against the Bills, Griffin completed 4 out of 6 passes for 70 yards and a touchdown. Griffin was comfortable in the pocket and showed off the natural ability that made him the No. 2 pick in the 2012 NFL Draft.

Griffin also showed solid chemistry with Pierre Garcon, the team's prized free agent acquisition. Griffin and Garcon hooked up three times for 58 yards and the lone touchdown. The two also just missed on the first pass off the game, as Garcon couldn't manage to keep his second foot in bounds.
Garcon and Griffin will both present some value in fantasy leagues if this type of chemistry continues. Griffin seems reliant on Garcon early, and with Griffin’s deep accuracy and Garcon’s speed, that could be one lethal combination.
That’s why Griffin is one of the favorite for offensive rookie of the year.
