Bills vs. Vikings: Game Time, TV Schedule, Odds And More

The Minnesota Vikings and Buffalo Bills will battle in Week 2 of the NFL preseason.

Both the Buffalo Bills and the Minnesota Vikings will head into Friday night's game in Minneapolis having dropped their match up of the 2012 NFL preseason. Of course, teams don't care much about wins and losses in the preseason, but both teams will be looking for their first team offenses to put some points on the board.

In Minnesota's first game of the preseason, the first team offense moved the ball fairly well against the San Francisco 49ers, but was unable to put a touchdown on the board. The 49ers may have the best defense in football, but it won't get much easier vs. the Bills, who significantly upgraded their defense this offseason. RB Adrian Peterson, who was recently removed from the PUP list, is not expected to play in Friday night's game.

Buffalo's first team offense was inconsistent at best against the Redskins last week. Quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick was only 6-14 passing for 61 yards, while 2011 first round pick C.J. Spiller touched the ball only once, gaining a measly two yards. They'll be looking to find a groove against a middle-of-the-road Vikings defense.

Game date/time: Friday, August 17, 8:00 p.m. ET

Location: Mall of America Field, Minneapolis, Minn.

TV: KARE-11 NBC (MIN), WKBW ABC (BUF)
