Unrestricted free agent forward Andray Blatche is looking for a job after the Washington Wizards used the amnesty clause to release him this summer. Blatche is willing to consider any offer, even a spot on an NBA Developmental League team.

Blatche, determined to show his dedication to his sport, has lost 14 pounds and worked with former NBA player and coach (and current athlete mentor) John Lucas in Houston. Blatche said about his efforts:

"My dream destination right now would be back on the court. For real. Just to get back on the court," he said. "It's something I love to do. It doesn't matter if it's the Heat or the Spurs or the D League. Whatever. As long as I'm back on the court playing ball.

"I mean, I love the game. I'm a fan of the game. I love playing basketball. That's the only thing I've been doing since I've been little. Basketball is something that is very, very important to me."

Blatche, 26, has averaged 9.9 points, 5.5 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game in his NBA career.
