Miami Football Could Lose Freshman Vernon Davis To Transfer
PresswireThe Miami Herald is reporting that Davis could transfer as soon as Tuesday afternoon. Davis was one of eight defensive backs in the 2012 class, but he wasn’t on the team’s most recent depth chart released on Monday, although he was still on the roster. Davis reportedly let the Canes know he wanted to transfer this past Friday.
Davis was playing well in preseason camp, but Miami SB Nation blog The 7th Floor has at least four or five DBs playing ahead of him.
