Chelsea may have been a bit fortunate to be given their third goal against Reading midweek, but they still have six points from two games and can go top of the table with a victory over Newcastle United on Saturday. The Blues have looked good under now-permanent manager Roberto Di Matteo to start the season, and their new signings are blending in nicely.

John Terry is the only injury concern for the Blues that did not exist previously. He has a neck issue and could sit out, though his status for the game is yet to be determined. Expect David Luiz and Gary Cahill to start in the middle. Newcastle rested most of their top players for their Europa League match midweek and most of them are expected to play. Demba Ba and Cheik Tiote are injury doubts, but should start.

In this fixture last season, Newcastle pulled off a shock 2-0 win at Stamford Bridge while Chelsea were focusing on their other competitions. Newcastle certainly have the talent to grab three points on Saturday, but don’t expect a repeat of that result.

Game Date/Time: Saturday, 12:30 p.m. ET, 5:30 p.m. local

Venue: Stamford Bridge, London, England

TV: FOX Soccer (U.S.), ESPN (U.K.), Sportsnet Regional (Canada)
