One of the most entertaining Twitter feeds I read is that of Matthew Mitcham, the openly gay diver from Australia who won gold in the men’s 10-meter platform in 2008 and is hoping to repeat the feat starting Friday. If he’s not retweeting pro-marriage equality videos or musing on what he would name a pet platypus, he is making bold declarations:

Mitcham has been fighting an abdominal injury and the 10-meter field is stacked. If he does win, however, don’t put it past him doing a nude forward dive in the pike position.
