Eight Is Not Enough

Pirates Triple-A first baseman Jeff Larish attempted the rare "Shane Halter," playing all nine positions in Indianapolis' game against Louisville yesterday. Instead, rain shortened the festivities to seven innings and Larish did everything but catch. As the final pitcher in their 2-0 win, Larish did earn the save.
