For one thing, not a single quarterback is taken in this projection, compared to last year when Andrew Luck and Robert Griffin III were taken No. 1 and 2, respectively, followed by Ryan Tannehill in the eighth spot and Brandon Weeden at No. 22.

However, Kiper does say that he fully expects at least one quarterback to make his way up the board. The Kansas City Chiefs have a massive need for a signal-caller, so it will be a story to watch if a youngster can climb all the way to the top.

Kiper’s top 10 picks are as follows:

1) Kansas City Chiefs- Luke Joeckel, offensive tackle, Texas A&M

2) Jacksonville Jaguars - Damontre Moore, defensive end, Texas A&M

3) Oakland Raiders - Star Lotulelei, defensive tackle, Utah

4) Philadelphia Eagles - Dee Milliner, cornerback, Alabama

5) Detroit Lions - Jarvis Jones, outside linebacker, Georgia

6) Cleveland Browns - Bjoern Werner, defensive end, Florida State

7) Arizona Cardinals - Chance Warmack, guard, Alabama

8) Buffalo Bills - Manti Te'o, inside linebacker, Notre Dame

9) New York Jets - Barkevious Mingo, defensive end, LSU

10) Tennessee Titans - Dion Jordan, defensive end, Oregon
