2013 Senior Bowl: Thursday practice schedule, preview

The second-to-last day of practice at the Senior Bowl can determine who can keep his stock rising and who can turn around a subpar week thus far.

The 2013 Senior Bowl’s week of practice in Mobile, Ala., hits Thursday, as prospects will continue to jockey for potential position in the upcoming NFL Draft.

Quarterbacks, as always, have been under a lot of watchful eyes, including SB Nation’s BJ Kissel, who has been on the scene in Mobile all week long.

North Carolina State’s Mike Glennon has continued to cause some heads to turn with his play, as Kissel thinks his ability to hit on deep throws has been his best trait thus far:

For the quarterbacks it was again Mike Glennon's deep ball that impressed. He threw a couple of beautiful fly routes down the right sideline (seems to be his go-to throw) to Chris Harper and Markus Wheaton.

Elsewhere, Michigan’s Denard Robinson continued practicing as a wide receiver on Wednesday, according to a report from SB Nation’s Louis Bien, as the finer points of the position still need to be sharpened for the dynamic former Wolverine quarterback. He will likely be an ongoing project, though his athletic ability will continue to draw interest.

Practice begins with the North team this morning, as they’ll go from 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. ET, followed by the South squad’s session, going from 1:30 - 3:30 p.m. ET. Both practices take place in Ladd Peebles Stadium.

He’s a bit of a liability in the run game, but his potential in the pass game was enough for Buffalo Rumblings.

It’s a high-potential pick for a Detroit defense that needs a solid pass rusher.
