Brian De Palma will direct Joe Paterno movie

The “Scarface” director is re-teaming with Al Pacino for a JoePa biopic. One has to assume there will be less chainsaws in this one.

We already knew that Al Pacino was going to play Joe Paterno in the upcoming film Happy Valley. It’s now been announced that Brian De Palma will be directing. Cue 10 million “Say hello to my little friend” Penn State jokes!

DePalma is pretty well-known for films featuring a lot of violence and action, so everyone buckle up, I guess. The one thing we can be certain of is that this movie can’t possibly be worse than Snake Eyes.
