In the fall of 2010, it seemed Novak Djokovic was a victim of poor timing, coming around at the same time as two all-time greats. But then he turned himself into an all-time great. On Sunday, he took out Andy Murray for his third straight Australian Open title. He has won five of the last nine slams.
Djokovic wins 4th Aussie title

Ryan PierseNovak Djokovic earned his third consecutive Australian Open title on Sunday, defeating Andy Murray 6-7 (2), 7-6 (3), 6-3, 6-2 in Melbourne. The Serbian is the first man to win three consecutive Australian Open titles in the open era.
The two played each other extremely close for the first two sets, with Murray taking the first one before Djokovic took the next three. The early sets were so closely contested that Djokovic was not able to break serve until early in the third set.
