Timothy Bradley and Juan Manuel Marquez had been through five close rounds to start their fight on HBO pay-per-view and the bout could be scored for either way heading into the final round of the first half of the fight.

Marquez started to land some hard counter shots and Marquez whipped a hard body shot and a hard left hook to the head. Bradley came back with a few punches of his own, looking to constantly answer anything that Marquez managed to land.
Marquez began looking to stalk again and landed a hard right hand, and Bradley uncorked a counter right of his own, just missing. Marquez started pushing Bradley back toward the ropes but Bradley didn’t let himself get pinned.
It was another very close round where strategic movement and decision making is making for an interesting and competitive fight.
