Chargers receiver Eddie Royal will not play against the Jaguars on Sunday. He missed practice all week with a toe injury.
Eddie Royal injury update: Keenan Allen ready to carry fantasy load for owners
Eddie Royal’s toe injury is going to keep him out against the Jaguars. We break down the fantasy implications.

Royal didn't see any targets against the Colts on Monday Night Football and his value took a massive hit. Obviously, he wasn't going to sustain the torrid pace he set for himself to start the season with five scores in the first two games.
All the momentum Royal had has been transferred to rookie Keenan Allen. He's had back-to-back career-high games with a 107-yard, one-TD game coming against the Colts on Monday.
Fantasy impact: It's probably time to cut bait on Royal in most leagues. Now that the Chargers know what they have with Allen, they're likely going to count on him quite a bit in the passing game. Allen hasn't quite developed a full route tree since he's a little undersized, but the team doesn't really need him to do so with Antonio Gates over the middle and Danny Woodhead out of the backfield. Allen can be viewed as a low-end WR2 in 12-team leagues.
