Lindsey Vonn injury: Skier undergoes MRI for knee
Lindsey Vonn suffered another injury during a crash and will undergo an MRI on her knee.

It’s unknown which knee Vonn injured this time. U.S. Ski Team confirmed that she crashed and got injured, but would not give any more details. She was working her way back from a severe injury on her right knee suffered at the World Championships in February. Vonn was expected to start racing again at Beaver Creek next weekend.
The latest crash is another setback for Vonn, who has struggled to stay healthy in 2013. Her status for the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi could be in doubt if the MRI turns up anything serious. Vonn has won four overall World Championships and became the first female American to win the gold medal in downhill at the 2010 Vancouver games.
We will update Vonn’s status when more information is available.
