Manny Pacquiao and Brandon Rios made it official for their bout tomorrow night on HBO pay-per-view. The two men stepped on the scales in Macau and both came in under the welterweight limit.
Pacquiao vs. Rios weigh-in results: Manny at 145, Rios at 146.5
Manny Pacquiao and Brandon Rios both made weight for their welterweight title fight.

Rios actually ended up as the bigger -- or at least heavier -- man, coming in at 146.5 despite never fighting above light welterweight while Manny, the “proven” welter came in at 145. Despite both men losing their last fight, the WBO invented a new title for the two men to fight over.
One of the big questions heading in is how Rios will be able to take his power and chin up to welterweight but he looked solid on the scales, far less drawn out than he has on multiple occasions trying to make lightweight. Pacquiao was his usual ripped self, looking comfortable fighting at “home” (home, in this case, being Asia).
The two get it on tomorrow night with a pay-per-view that starts at 9 p.m. ET with three fights before the main event which should kick off around midnight.
