Pacquiao vs. Rios: Time, odds and live results

A quick rundown of the details for Manny Pacquiao and Brandon Rios’ HBO pay-per-view battle.

Feng Li

Manny Pacquiao and Brandon Rios will meet tonight on HBO pay-per-view to do battle in a welterweight bout. It’s a fight that should provide tremendous action while also giving a glimpse into the future of Pacquiao.

The night’s pay-per-view card gets going at 9 p.m. ET and can be purchased through any cable or satellite provider as well as Top Rank’s live streaming internet pay-per-view. There is also a streaming undercard for free that will kick off some time around 7 p.m. ET.

Pacquiao remains a solid favorite, coming in most places between -400 and -500 while Rios is in the +350 range as an underdog. Those odds make sense given both men’s history, but the Rios upset could be in play if Juan Manuel Marquez’s thudding KO of Pacquiao was the blow that more or less put an end to Manny’s time at the top of the sport.

We’ll have live results right here on SBNation.com all night long, as well as plenty of coverage of the night’s fallout. And you can also catch plenty more on the fight at our boxing blog, Bad Left Hook.
