Aaron Murray injury: Georgia QB out with knee injury

Aaron Murray has thrown his last pass in Sanford Stadium.

Georgia's senior quarterback Aaron Murray went down in the second quarter of the Bulldogs' matchup with Kentucky with an apparent knee injury. He is out for the game.

It is senior night at Georgia, meaning Murray has thrown his last pass in Sanford Stadium.

He was hit as he threw and was thrown to the ground by Kentucky defensive end Za’Darius Smith. Murray was helped off of the field by two members of the Georgia training staff. Hutson Mason has taken over the reins for Murray. A junior, Mason is 11 for 16 on the season with one touchdown.

Murray left the locker room on crutches and entered a patrol car on his way out.
