The professional career of two time Olympic gold medalist Zou Shiming continued tonight on the pay-per-view undercard of Brandon Rios’ bout with Manny Pacquiao on HBO pay-per-view.
Pacquiao vs Rios results: Zou Shiming wins third pro bout with wide decision win
Zou Shiming remained undefeated on the undercard of Manny Pacquiao vs. Brandon Rios on HBO pay-per-view

The Shiming experiment has been something Top Rank has been pushing hard, knowing that a connection with the massive Chinese population could mean big business. But his lack of power might not captivate American figt fans.
He was put on the card here because of the card being held in Macau, and also to attempt to force audiences to actually watch Shiming.
To his credit, Shiming did turn it up tonight against Juan Tozcano, bludgeoning the overmatched Mexican. He was attempting to get a stoppage for the first time in his pro career as he threw a lot of power punches and pressured from the opening bell against a guy who was 4-0 in his career, beating three men with no wins and one man with a 2-11-1 record.
It was a possibility throughout the fight that Tozcano could have been saved from further punishment by his corner, the referee or the doctor if not by crumbling to the canvas, but he stayed upright and endured the full six rounds of punishment despite the HBO crew’s near pleas for a stoppage.
At the end of the fight the judges saw the fight 60-54, 60-54 and 60-52.
